Editing footer blocks

Hi – can you explain to me how to edit the footer blocks? I am pretty handy with HTML / CSS and also pretty good at wpbakery but shortcode is a whole new language to me which I don't understand - so, this is meaningless:

Obviously it's all customised to Rubino content at the moment - whcih oddly we don't want! How can we edit footer blocks without having to learn an entire new coding language
