Hello, i'm using Yolo Products Masonry widget for WP Bakery, for displaying products by specified categories. By setting over two categories to display, it lists all products from all categories and not only these specified. Can you solve this issue please? We have to publish our site asap. Thanks

After added the 85.235.222.222 http://www.mazzini47.com to host file on the local. It still doesn't let me access to your website. Do you have any idea about that?
Thanks.
4 years, 2 months ago #19613Hi,
this is the correct ip address to insert in the "hosts" file: 80.88.87.130
4 years, 2 months ago #19617Yes, I can access to your FTP, but for the wp-admin. It doesn't let me access to your site dashboard.
Can you create a link with that shortcode and turn off the maintenance mode. I can check the layout and debug via the source code.
Thanks.
4 years, 2 months ago #19629Hi Jackie,
there is no active maintenance mode. Now I will show you the steps to view the dashboard and the front end again:
- Add the string "80.88.87.130 http://www.mazzini47.com mazzini47.com" in the hosts file. There are many guides that explain how to do this, for example here: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/.
It is possible to check the correct setting by pinging to the domain.
- Having made this change, you can call up the URL of the site and go to the correct server. The website address is: http://www.mazzini47.com/dev/. Consequently the dashboard: http://www.mazzini47.com/dev/wp-admin.
Username and password are those indicated above.
4 years, 2 months ago #19734Hi Jackie,
have received no reply from you. The site must be published and there is still the error reported.
On this page you can see how choosing the "all" filter shows the products of all categories: http://mazzini47.com/dev/piquadro/
I await your feedback!
4 years, 2 months ago #19736The problem is the "infinite scrolling" option in Yolo Products Masonry.
When loading subsequent products, he makes an error and loads all the products in all categories.
I solved my problem by setting the pagination option to "hidden" but the error in the plugin persists!
4 years, 1 month ago #19745Hi again.
Yes, I'm able to access your site but the http://mazzini47.com/dev/wp-admin return to 404.
Maybe you have to change the way to access your admin.
Can you tell us know again?
Thanks.
