The menu items (dropdown) disappear before you can click on them.
How do I correct the responsiveness?
8 years, 4 months ago #10890Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
We have check your site with iPhone 6, the menu still working fine.
Can you tell me the device name?
We will help you check it again.
Thank you.

8 years, 3 months ago #11359It WORKS, but you have to be REALLY REALLY quick if you want to click on something, especially if you have a smaller screen size. How do I adjust the responsiveness so people can get to a menu item to click on it!
Also I would like to adjust how the menu items arrange themselves on a smaller screen prior to it breaking down to a mobile screen - how do I do that?
8 years, 3 months ago #11426Hi again.
#1. To open the sub menu on the mobile device, you need to click the arrow icon on the right to open the submenu. Maybe the icon too small. We can help you make it bigger by adding the custom CSS below
@media screen and (max-width: 991px) { .yolo-mobile-header-nav.menu-drop-fly ul.yolo-nav-mobile-menu li.menu-item > b.menu-caret:before { width: 60px; } }#2. You can use the media screen CSS to add CSS for each screen as you want.
Thank you.
Jackie.8 years, 3 months ago #11455I may not be explaining the issue well, as it works fine on the mobile menu.
The issue occurs on a smaller screen size (like when I had to use the projector) and sometimes even when it is full size on the computer.
The menu and subtabs appear, but they don't stay on the screen long enough for someone to click on them.
I was told I need to adjust the "responsiveness" of the menu.
I just need the menu to stay on the screen long enough for a visitor to be able to click on a secondary menu item.
I am sure I can adjust this somewhere, just not sure where.
8 years, 3 months ago #11467Hi Again.
Sorry for the mistake. We have checked your site again on the desktop but not found the issue.
Maybe you should wait for the submenu transition complete before to hover the submenu as this video

Thank you.
