this theme is causing me headaches. Can't update pages after edits, too many errors in the console. Site often reverts to old css files... please help.

1> We created a new page > Edit this page > then Save > it works normally.

2> For Custom CSS Segments you have added on Theme Options > Custom CSS & Script make sure that you have click Save & Generate CSS to generate the CSS for your website.
In addition, your server has low PHP configuration limits and PHP version. Please check this topic then update theme to get rid of the issue of saving Custom CSS segment:

3> We have found that you are using Motor theme version 1.0.o. Please update the newest version of this theme (version 1.0.4). We fixed and updated many features on this theme.

hmm. How do i update the child theme? The 1.04 version is installed... but the child theme is at 1.0.
Also, yes, thanks for that. Building a new page and copying over the text version of the page seems to work. That's solved. Weird. thanks again.
How do i update the visual bakery plugin?
How do i change the parent category, /yolo_testimonial/ xxx to just /testimonials/?

1> You don't need to update the child theme of Motor. Because there isn't any updating on it.
In addition, if you want to add Custom Codes or Custom CSS on this theme, you can use Child Theme. The codes don't loose when you have updated our Theme.

2> To Visual Composer plugin: Firstly, you can go to Plugins > Installed Plugins > Delete the older version of Visual Composer. Then re-install the latest version.

3> We think you shouldn't change the name of yolo_testimonials. Because you need to change many the codes below.
