I'm sorry, I have 2 tickets I opened 2 days ago without any feedback.
I know it's just 2 days, but in general your support is very fast, so I'm a bit worried as it's very important for me to launch my website as soon as possible.
Tickets are about : crons and confirmation email (see screenshot).
