max-height: 400px;
}
.woocommerce .product-thumb img{
width: auto;
}
This will make your photo smaller.
I think you should redesign your image and to the same size.

- Top bar Full width: you go to Theme Options -> General Setting -> Layout Style -> Wide.
- Topbar background color, Topbar text color: I 'm not sure, using "JCH Optimize" plugin can removed some CSS styles.
You can minify CSS with WP Faster Cache.
