Rubino wordpress template is not working anymore for an unknown reason

1- the WPML multi language plugin is not working anymore, please test the website links using other languages than english, for exp in french when you click on the menu and go to collection page it takes us to another page, do the comparison between french and english links please, maybe it is something related to the plugin, please advise,

2- the WPBakery Page Builder is not working i cannot edit any page 

3- weird links parameters are appearing: https://www.selimmouzannar.com/?v=79cba1185463

the v parameter is showing now and it is affecting the SEO, can you please find a quick solution for this

 

there are a lot of plugins that need to be updated, but am afraid to update anything and loose the website or the content,

This is very urgent as the owner of the website is having a lot of issues while editing the website, please check this ASAP and let me know your solutions,
