Hello..
I followed the Documentation. I did the following to activate and add the footer block. I edited the existing block to add my contact and details but it still shows the demo footer. I have cleared my cache and cookies and also checked in private browsing and VPN. But still it shows demo footer. Kindly help at earliest!
Step 1: From Admin Panel, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Check to All footer Post types
Please follow these steps to how to add a footer block to page
- Step 1: From Admin Panel, navigate to Jhana > Footer Blocks > Add New to create a new footer block.
- Step 2: Add content to footer block.
- Step 3: Click Publish to save configuration.
- Step 4: Assign Footer Block to page. There are 2 ways which you can use to assign a footer block to your page:
- 1 - If you want all pages of your website will be received a footer block only: Please go to Theme Options > Footer> Select Footer Block > Choose a footer block from drop down list.

5 years ago #25382I am having the same issue, I changed the information inside the default footer block and it is not changing on the site.

To change the footer content, you need to enable the Elementor Page builder for the Footer custom post type first. Then you can use the Elementor to change the footer content.
Please check it again.
Thanks.
