Hi,
I have recently purchased yolo-finanzen theme and after the installation, I have encountered issues that are blocking me to customize the theme. I have followed the documentation to install the theme both via admin area and by ftp.
After successfully installing and activating the theme, the tabs are not accessible (e.g. Purchase Code Verify, Install Plugins, Import Data etc.) When clicked, I am stuck on the same page.(looks like broken link). Under "Install plugins" I get "forbidden" message when trying to install the plugins. Please help!

Please change the theme folder permission to read & write. We can't change it on the yolo-finanzen folder.
Thanks.

Thanks
4 years, 1 month ago #26737Hi again.
We found the 500 internal server error on your theme, please change the permission to the wp-config.php file to read & write. We need to enable debug log to find the issue.
If yes, please give us your FTP account. We can use the WP File Manager to change the source code, but sometimes it will raise the issue when editing the PHP file.
Thanks.

4 years, 1 month ago #26741Hi again.
Can you tell me know about that URL https://cysep.com/wp-content/bitnami/wordpress/?
Where is the bitnami folder? Do you have a cPanel account? I'm afraid the issue is from the config or folder install.
Thanks.
