I need help with variations products. If Yolo Sofani Framework is actine then I cannot change variations preloader keeps spiningas https://i.imgur.com/CXoBc2J.png Could you help me with this issue.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We have got access to your website then checked the version of Sofani which you are using. You have used the older version of Sofani theme (1.0.6). Please update the latest version (1.3.6) to get rid of all issue.

Don't forget to backup all customization file before updating.

Hi,

Because you have used the older version of Sofani theme so you need to update by manual update.

- Step 1: Backup all custom files (files which you have edited some code). Or you can use Child Theme to save all custom files

- Step 2: Deactivate current theme by going to Appearance > Themes and activate any other themes such as the Default WordPress 4.x Twenty Fourteen.

- Step 3: Update and re-install new version

I updates theme, and woocommerce problem seems to be fixed but now I have some new issues, could you please help me with them:

1. If I try to edit portfolio settings I get such view https://i.imgur.com/xTgVP3B.png. Preloader keeps spinning and settings doesn't load.

2. In portfolio page image carousel doesn't load http://www.simetria.lt/portfolio/privatus-buto-interjeras-druskininkuose/

3. How can I fix responsive header https://i.imgur.com/xP7v9Yy.png ?

1> We deactivate 3 third-party plugins: Akismet Anti-Spam, Meta Box, Wordfence Security the Yolo Portfolio shortcode works fine.

2> we checked your website but it seems that your website met the issue of the caurosel issue. Please give us your FTP account to check this issue.

3> We don't meet the issue of Header style https://prnt.sc/gz7jo5

Please update Sofani theme last version. We have several updates to be compatible with Woo 3.x and optimize JS and CSS.

(

- You go to Themeforest -> Download Sofani last version

- To avoid unintended incident. Please backup theme and plugin before update last version.

- Remove old theme

- Install new theme.
