How can I add a sequence of short videos ( 15 minutes) on the site? The videos will be added from the desktop, and will not be available on Youtube or Vimeo.

You can go to the Media and upload your video.
Note:
Storage capacity and bandwidth each average video if light, it is a few hundred MB, if you save multiple videos to your hosting and post in the article content then your hosting will not load if there are many visitors. You will need to upgrade hosting packages when this happens.
How can I make a paid portal to access the videos?
