Thanks for getting back to us.
- Firstly, you need to backup all customization files which we made or write them to ChildTheme before updating our theme. Because they will be lost if you don't backup 🙁
For your question:
1- Please help us check again your logo link:http://tst.exoticwatches.soft4mobile.fr/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/logo_EW.png
Because we cannot access it. This also is the cause of your issue.
2- Please go to Theme Options > Footer> See the footer which you are using.
Then go to Rubino > Footer Blocks > Find your footer.
3- Currently, Rubino theme doesn't support to add a background for menu. You should edit the source code to make it.
