Homepage › Forum › Product Support › Célina › WordPress crons do not run unless someone visits your site
Hello,
I'm testing my customers and admin emails after order (with real payment) via booked plugin in celina theme.
I notice that I don't received the customer (and admin) appointment reminder as it's planned.
But I saw on my back office (Booked>EMails) this note(also on screenshot):
Please Note: WordPress crons do not run unless someone visits your site. Because of this, some reminders might not get sent out. To prevent this from happening, you would need to setup cron to run from the server level using the following command:
*/5 * * * * wget -q -O - https://the-living-stones.fr/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron
But I don't know how to do this... could you help me please.
Best regards.
