Thank for your contacting us.
Make sure that you don't have third party plugins which are not compatible with Visual Composer plugin. You can check again on your website.
And try to download the latest version of Visual Composer on this link:
https://app.box.com/s/ay2gk4ru4z6iywju5hef97vy3nop2kmc
(visual composer version 4.11.2.1) to fix your issue.
If still can not fix, please give us private your FTP account via check Set as private reply. We will help you to check this issue.
