    Hi Jackie,

    Thank you for getting back to me. I do not want a refund. This is a  $12,000 website. A refund on your product will not make a difference. How are professionals supposed to use this template if your template doesn't work with paid plugins? That should have been made clear in the beginning before I chose to go with your template. I am so upset that this is working so much time and money have gone in to this. We would have to totally recreate a website from the beginning again and that is unacceptable. I need the visual composer to work. Get rid of the text box on my home page, make sure my code canyon plug in works properly https://codecanyon.net/item/wo<wbr />ocommerce-prices-by-user-role/<wbr />8562616

    This is a huge function of the website. One of the most important. Make sure this works!

    Hi,

    I have just checked and found that most of the plugins you disabled is important for our site functionality. We can't disable them . There should be some other alternative for slow page loading.

    I have just checked and visual composer is still not working . I just disabled most of the plugins but still the same issue.

    Thank you I think this has helped. But now it is taking the images a very long time to load. Why is this? It is not an internet connection problem
