    Yes, you can use the Loco translate to translate any string in our theme.

    When you click to Loco Translate/ Themes, please click to add a new language, and select your language to translate.

    Then search the string want to translate. Check my attached file to know more about that.

    The browser or server will cache the CSS and JS files. The version is the WordPress version.

    If you are using the cache server, please clear that cache after changing that file.

    Yes, you can hide that button via theme options/ header/ header ( 1,2,3,4 ) options - depending on your header select, then check header customize navigation options to enable/ disable that info as you want.
