Yes, I know, but maybe that issue from your XML file when importing the product. If the stock value is null or 0. You can't add to the cart the product. You can contact woocommerce to ask about that issue.

1. For the product details page, yes, you can use different page title background images for each product as you want. Please go to edit the product/ page options/ page title and enable the custom Background image config.
Then you can add the background image as you want for that product.
2. For the category, we also support the page title background image for the category.

For the admin account access. Yes, you can create another admin account with full permission. Then you can remove that after fixing everything.
For the SVG, our theme works fine with the SVG account. Maybe that issue from the config or something else. We need access to admin to help you check that.

I have exported your product to XML, as I see, some product variation stock value still is 0 or empty. That is why you can't add to the cart. Maybe you should export your product to XML, change the stock value as you want, and import it again. That will be faster than you edit to each product variation.
The custom code above doesn't work with your site. So we have removed that on your functions.php file.

When you change the "In stock" status on the quick edit, it can change the stock status of all variations, but as you see, your product variation stock is 0. That is why you still can't add to the cart the product variation.
Please go to edit the product, check the variations and save it again. That can help you fix that issue.
