I have checked your site. It still works fine with Revolution Slider.
For the theme options/ header logo configuration, you need to clear the cache after saving the option. I see you are using the Swift cache plugin. It caches the CSS file, which is why you can't see the change at the front-end.
I also helped you fix the WooCommererce outdated templates file issue.
