I'm not an expert in the optimize website. For our site, we only use the cache plugin to compress the JS or CSS and HTML source code to optimize the website.

You also can try some optimized plugins, maybe that can help you.

As I see, that issue is from the 3rd plugin. I'm not an expert in the optimize website. For our site, we only use the cache plugin to compress the JS or CSS and HTML source code to optimize the website.
