Please backup that file before doing the update with the Tayta Framework plugin.

1. For column 6 on the property table, we use the link for that column, if you want we can change the link to display the content input. It needs to change the source code.

2. To merce the row of the table, it can't merge the cell with CSS. Sorry we can't help you do that.
