As I see, you have enabled the page title custom option on the doctor details page. Please go to edit the doctor ( not the Elementor editor ), then check the page options/ page title, you will see the custom page title option.

For the register button, we have to support the modal register form or 3rd link.

For the modal popup form, you need to create a contact form first, then go to edit class, scroll to page option you will see the config to enable modal popup form.

For the 3rd link, that will redirect the register link to your 3rd link as you want.

To hide the sku attribute at the front-end, you can use the custom CSS below:

.site-content-single-product .single-product-info .summary-product-wrap .product_meta .sku_wrapper {
    display: none;
}

add the custom CSS to the theme option/ Custom CSS & Script and add the CSS to the custom CSS field.
