    Hi.

    To change the header, please go to theme options/ header to change your header style. It can't edit the header with Elementor.

    For the home page, please turn off the option at the page options/ Page header/ Set header for the page. Then it will get the same header as the theme option config.

    Please recheck it.

    I have checked your site and found the issue from thee Form Maker pro plugin. After disabling that plugin, everything works fine.
