As I see, your site plugin and theme has outdated. That is why you can't edit the page with WPBakery Page builder. Do you have any customize on our theme and plugin folder? If yes, please let me know about the custom, we will help you backup the custom before updating the theme and plugin.

For the Save & Generate CSS button, it has integrated to Save Change button. Now the Save Change button will help you save the theme options config.

Sorry for that, on the theme on Envato, it doesn't allow to use of a different layout for mobile and desktop. Every theme uses a responsive layout for the mobile view.

For your mobile, I found the issue from the carousel image, that doesn't responsive on the mobile. That is the reason you see the white space on the mobile. I have changed another carousel image to help you display it better on the mobile.

1. As I see, you are using a different logo for the home page. That is the reason you sê the different logo with another page. You can use the "Customize Logo Position" on the page setting to resize the logo.

2. With the WooCommerce product thumbnail image. As I see, you are using the uncropped config. It still works fine. Please check my attached file to see the difference for Cropp or uncropped image config.
