To change the product short description to below the share button, you need to change the source code at file

wp-content/themes/yolo-sofani/woocommerce/content-single-product.php and change the code like this:

Sorry for the late response.

As I see, you can change the color via the theme options. After changing the theme options, it will render the CSS to custom-style.css file. If you are using a cache plugin, you need to clear the cache for that file to see the change.

Yes, I have added that custom CSS to help you make the topbar opacity background color as you want.

If you want to change another color, you can change the CSS below:

.yolo-header .navbar-wrapper .yolo-topbar .topbar-inner {
    background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.35);
    color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);
}
