We have check your site and found the issue with PHP setting it to small.
That is why you can't install the visual composer or revolution slider to your site.
You can refer the article to increase your setting fit with your site.
To install the dummy data, you need to install yolo-sofani-framewok plugin first then increase the PHP setting. Because it effects to response time on your site when getting the image from our server.
And with purchase code, can you check the cURL on your server. It needs to enable this function.

I have checked your site and found the issue with WooCommerce version. Your site uses old version 2.6.x. But with the latest version, we have updated our theme to fix the issue with WooCommerce 3.x
Maybe some function not work with that version ( 2.6.4)
Can you upgrade that plugin to the latest version?
