But, you can put the language file to system folder as languages/themes/yolo-rubino-<locale>.po.
It will not delete when update the theme.

I have checked your site and found the issue with the Order page.
I think your PHP version too old (5.3.3), that make some function not work. You should upgrade your PHP to 5.5 or higher, and increase your PHP setting as our recommend https://yolotheme.com/knowledge-base/recommended-php-configuration-limits/
It will make your site faster. And if the issue still has, please give us FTP account again. We need to debug on your site.

The issue from your update version, you are missing update all our plugin. Please update our plugin ( Yolo Rubino Framework, YL Product layout to the latest version) and also update our theme to 1.1.0.1 version.
It will help you fix that issue.
