To add post link for post image, you can try to the solution below.

1. You need change this shortcode, by go to file direction below:
plugins/ motor-framework/ includes/ shortcodes/ recent-news/ templates/ home_4.php and replace this file by my attach file.

2. You need add some custom css to do it;

}
