And with quick view button, we have options at theme option to hide it, and now it disables.

Yes. I know this plugin function, but I don't know why it has the issue with visual composer.

We think this issue just from "WooCommerce Prices By User Role" plugin.
It makes your visual composer and some shortcode not work.
I have disabled this plugin and everything works fine.
Can you check it and let us know again.

I think this issue from "WooCommerce Prices By User Role" plugin. I just disable this plugin and your page http://transoceanweb.com/rugs/ with filter also works fine and visual composer also work.
If you don't need this plugin please disable it and check your site again.
