We have checked your site and found you not enable visual composer for this post type.
To enable/disable visual composer for the post type, you can go to visual composer/ role manager/ post type: custom and check to post type you want.

We found our theme have the issue with this shortcode if select data by trainer ID. You can try to select data by category, it still works. Or use single trainer shortcode to get each trainer.
We will check our theme and update soon.

Okay, with contact form error at contact page, you just need to go to edit page, select contact form shortcode and select contact form again. Now it works.
