It to hard to find what is change on this version. We fixed to many things with my theme. You should backup your theme and plugin first, then update the new version.
Why you don't use a child theme for custom, it will not lose when update.

1. Our theme gets topbar content from a widget.
2. With "24/7 support" custom text, you can find this text at widget/top bar left config.
3. With right content ( My Account/ Checkout ..) this is a custom menu, you can find what is menu by go to widget/top bar right config.
Please check it and let me know again if still have any issue.

Yes, our theme has the issue with this options, and we will have release update version to fix it.
So, now you can add custom CSS to do it. Tell me what is logo height you want. I'll help you add custom CSS to do it. And you should give us admin account of your site.

I'm did find this page as you want.
I have a login to your site and go to your homepage but it still shows SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
Then I create new page to check this shortcode http://thaliakardatou.diet/check-recent-news/ and it still work.
Can you disable coming soon mode?
