As I know, you want to put products category link to the menu item. If yes, you can do it by going to menus, select screen options and check to product categories
It will have product categories list to select to put on menu item

We have fixed this issue with display 4 column for the column on mega menu.
If you want to display more product ( example 16 items, you need add more config for this shortcode)
Example use this code to get 16 items and display 4 columns

This is two type of search, one use search page default of WordPress, and one use search ajax for shop page. Because search page also has post, page any another post type, not only product. That is the reason it does not the look same layout.
We will review this function and make it work well with shop page.

We have checked your site and found you have some missing config.
Do you want show 3 column as proizvodi/ skuteri tab menu? If yes, please follow step to step below.
1. At menus config, proizvodi/skuteri tab columns select Three as screenshot
2. At widget Mega Menu Skuteri config: You should create three widgets for this. Because each widget will display each column at the mega menu. And if you want to add a shortcode to the menu, you should how shortcode display.

Can you explain more your require? Do you want to show products, category on the menu?
As I think, it can show to the menu, because my menu can get data from a widget, and you can put your content in the widget to show at sub menu as mega menu content.

We have checked my theme and we found we have an option for search ajax content at the header.
To select post type data for search icon in the header, please go to theme options/ header tabs and scroll down, you will see config Post type for Ajax Search, just check the product if you want search product only for this search function.

We have to check your site with shop page and it still works. Because price filter just shows at shop page. And this shop page is http://www.galeriejanda.ci/shop/, not http://www.galeriejanda.ci/boutique/ page. You can change default shop page at woocommerce setting/ products/ display as my screenshot.

Hi Tuturpara.
I have checked my theme again and also check twenty sixteen default of WordPress. Example, if you want to have attributes size at dashboard but don't want to show at front-end, then you don't check "visible on the product page" option. It still shows this attribute at front-end. I think this is an issue from woocoomerce. If you have theme make it work, can you give us a link/name, we will check it again.
And with the product on your site, you should don't check "Used for variations" for EAN attribute, it will work. We have tested this product on your site and everything fine
