Because you use layout full width for single product page, you can't make product description align with the red line. Because one is full width and one is a container. You should use container layout for the single product page. And we have changed it on your site.

As I know, you want to put products category link to the menu item. If yes, you can do it by going to menus, select screen options and check to product categories
It will have product categories list to select to put on menu item

We have fixed this issue with display 4 column for the column on mega menu.
If you want to display more product ( example 16 items, you need add more config for this shortcode)
Example use this code to get 16 items and display 4 columns
