You should use this plugin Regenerate Thumbnails . It will resize all product image to have the same size. And you should see this video tutorial to know more about product image size

1. Please check your site again, we can't access to your site. Do yo try to change something?
2. With shop product attribute, if you don't want to show some attribute at product details, you can don't add this attribute at product details page. If you use CSS to hide this attribute, a customer can't buy this product because woocommerce need fills all attribute before to buy.
