    I think the issue is with your menu config. You forgot to assign the menu to the mobile menu location.

    Please go to Appearance/ Menus/ Select your menu and scroll down, you will see the option Menu Settings.

    Don't forget to check to menu Display Location "Mobile Menu".

    To fix the save issue "Allowed memory size of 671088640 bytes exhausted", please increase your PHP Time limit from 60 to 3000 or higher. That will help you fix the issue.
