For the Arabic language, you can see the main navigation align left than more the main navigation of the English version, and the width of the navigation is shortening than the width of the navigation in English.
I can help you increase the spacing of the menu item in the Arabic language. That also can help you fix the sub-menu issue.
If you want to display "Assisted Reproduction Medicine" in one row, you need to increase the width of the submenu item.
Thanks.
For the Arabic language, please go to edit the service in Arabic and remove the custom title. https://prnt.sc/jaLPA1-adjxk
That will help you get the service name for the page heading.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.
Hi.
I have added the custom CSS to help you set the height of the service grid item.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.

I have checked and helped you display the service name on the service heading page.
Please recheck it.

Yes, it also fixed the translate, mobile menu, and another issue.
Please recheck it.

Please recheck it.

Hi.
All the issues are from the Cache plugin. After deactivating all cache plugins, now your site works fine.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.
No. I need the hosting account, for example Bluehost... Which cache services using on your site?
Hi.
1. The hamburger menu in the Arabic language has a cache issue on your site. Please give me the hosting email. I can help you clear the cache on the server when changing the source code. Please see my attached file.
2. This is my image about the sub-menu width: https://i.imgur.com/Zw3RnQg.png https://i.imgur.com/w9HyYWp.png
you can see the submenu in both languages have the same size: 500 x 514px
3. To fix that issue, I can help you reduce the width of the submenu in the Arabic language.
4. With our current logic, it doesn't close the sub-menu when you expand another menu. Okay, we will consider UX to improve our submenu function.
Thanks.
Hi.
I have removed the Arabic translation file in the Loco translation, but the home string still translates to Arabic. You can try it by yourself. I'm afraid still have another translation.
Please give me the hosting account. I need to check the source code and cache.
Thanks.
Hi.
I have tried to use Loco translate to translate the Doctors breadcrumb in the English version, and it still works fine. https://prnt.sc/_bHH7It5ygkx
But in the Arabic language, I don't know why it doesn't work. https://prnt.sc/tQIX_v7uvzOf
Do you know why the 'home' string translation can work in the Arabic language? I'm afraid it still has some translation in another file. Please let me know again.
Thanks.
Hi again.
Sorry for the late response.
1. I have checked the submenu in the English and Arabic language, and they have the same size. Please check my image: https://i.imgur.com/Zw3RnQg.png https://i.imgur.com/w9HyYWp.png
Because Arabic has small text, that is why you see more space in English.
2. Yes, you will see the submenu crop in the small device. Please move the service menu item to near the home menu item. That can help you avoid the crop submenu.
3. For the mobile menu, I have added CSS to help you move the menu to the right.
Please recheck it.
Thanks.
Hi.
I have checked and helped you fix the footer CSS issue in English. Please recheck it.
For the about us issue in the Arabic language, it still works fine. Please recheck it.
Thanks.
Hi.
1. I have checked and helped you display the icon config for the department edit page. Please recheck it.
2. To hide the page heading image for the department and service and doctor details page, I have added CSS at the theme options/ custom CSS to help you hide that info. Please recheck it.
Thanks.
