For the Arabic language, you can see the main navigation align left than more the main navigation of the English version, and the width of the navigation is shortening than the width of the navigation in English.

I can help you increase the spacing of the menu item in the Arabic language. That also can help you fix the sub-menu issue.

If you want to display "Assisted Reproduction Medicine" in one row, you need to increase the width of the submenu item.

1. The hamburger menu in the Arabic language has a cache issue on your site. Please give me the hosting email. I can help you clear the cache on the server when changing the source code. Please see my attached file.

you can see the submenu in both languages have the same size: 500 x 514px

3. To fix that issue, I can help you reduce the width of the submenu in the Arabic language.

4. With our current logic, it doesn't close the sub-menu when you expand another menu. Okay, we will consider UX to improve our submenu function.
