First, enable the Elementor editor for the Footer block to edit the footer.

Please go to Elementor/ Settings/ General/ and select "footer" for the post type option.

Please recheck it.

To edit the footer, please go to Elementor/ Settings/ General and select "Footers" for the Post type option. Then, you can edit the footer with Elementor.
