To fix the service excerpt issue, I have changed the source code in this file: /wp-content/themes/yolo-medilab/templates/service/style-grid_01.php

Now it displays full the excerpt content as you want.

To edit the sidebar of the blog, please go to Appearance/ Widget, you will see the blog widget sidebar content.
