To  use multi-language for the footer block, please add the code below to the file:

wp-content/themes/trusmile/footer.php line 18

$trusmile_footer_id = (pll_get_post($trusmile_footer_id, pll_current_language()));

That will help you get the footer ID by language. Don't forget to enable the Polylang for the custom post type footer and translate the footer as you want.

For the header, you can't translate the header, you only can change the menu.
