The page title option in the theme option will affect all the pages.

If you change the config at page options to show/ hide the page title, that will overwrite the option at theme options.

The theme option is the global option, page options can overwrite the config at the theme options.

Please check the admin account again. We can't access your site.

For the Celina theme, it doesn't have the Services custom post type. That widget doesn't work with the theme.

For the contact form, it gets the form from contact form 7, please check the contact/ contact form to config the email.

For the page, please go to edit the page, check the page options/ Page title and select default for "SHow/hide page title?", it will get the config as theme options.

We have edited the page and checked the page option, the page title on the page options set is shown. That is why you still see the page title on the page.

We have set the default for that config. Now it will get the config from the theme options.
