Yes, that string includes in our theme language, you can use the 3rd plugin to translate any string in our theme language to your language.

For the login/register form, we will check and add the option in the theme option to change that.

You also can use the custom CSS below to hide that info:

Change the function at line 2035 from

function etheme_add_to_cart_catalog_button( $sprintf, $product, $args )

to

function etheme_add_to_cart_catalog_button( $sprintf, $product )

That will help you fix the issue. We have fixed that.
