Okay, have you tested it with WooCommerce 4.7 as well? Is the theme compatible? I want to make sure before we go ahead and update it as we have fallen into many issues when updating to a new WordPress version as well in the past. Thanks for the help and happy holidays!
Hey Tracy,
Thanks for getting back to us! We updated to the latest WooCommerce and it looks like our checkout process is not operating correctly. The checkout page times out when trying to load. This is on our cloned test site: http://www.test.nissanraceshop.com/ Any way you can help? I appreciate it!
I'm sorry...but the only change we made to the site was the Yolo Theme Change. I'm being told by our developers and Authorization.net that it has something to do with the theme.
Everything was working just fine until we made the theme change.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance!
Scott
Yes! You Got it!!! You even centered the categories for me...that was kind of bothering me 😉
Thank you so much for your continued and timely support!

Hi Tracy,
again...no, it is not working correctly. Look at your theme example here:
as soon as you load the page, the products immediately show up under "Men's" without having to click any of the categories.
Now go to NissanRaceShop.com. As soon as you load the page, you will see the categories under Parts Specials...but NO PRODUCTS shown until you click on one of the categories.
If, and only if, you click on the category, THEN the parts show up!
see attached files
Please help!
hi there, its still not working. When you load the page, the parts aren't showing until you physically hit one of the categories. see attached pic
Perfect!!! Thank you so much for all your help! I'll do my best to leave you alone for a while! The site is looking great! Getting used to your theme...and love it!
I'm sorry...I don't think you understood my question. I don't want it to show Inventory Availability at all. I don't want it to show "in stock" or "out of stock"
Thank you so much!
One last thing...so sorry to bother you. I don't want the parts page to show Inventory Levels (stock or out of stock)
Woocommerce>Settings>Inventory> i have Stock Display Format set to (Never Show Stock Amount) But this seems to have be over-ridden by the theme. How can I turn that off? We don't have live inventory and don't want to mislead our customers.
Thank you so much for all your help!
Scott
