You can go to the Media and upload your video.
Note:
Storage capacity and bandwidth each average video if light, it is a few hundred MB, if you save multiple videos to your hosting and post in the article content then your hosting will not load if there are many visitors. You will need to upgrade hosting packages when this happens.
How can I make a paid portal to access the videos?
The Behealth theme doesn't support this function, you can refer this plugin:

You go to Woocoomerce and enable tax rates and calculations.
Later you go to Tax tab and set up the display price for shop page.
If the price included tax, you can select the option "including tax".

You can do the following steps:
** You go to the folder(/wp-content/plugins/behealth-framework/includes/posttypes/)
- With the teammember.php file, you find and change this field:
'has_archive' => false, // true => false
- With the testimonial.php file, you find and change these field:
'has_archive' => false, // true => false
'public' => false, // true => false
===========================
These changes will ensure that your website does not contain the links above. Later you can use the "Remove URLs Tool" to remove the link above from Google.

The attached screen shot shows how it looks now - the layout needs to look more like the top of the shopping basket page - copy/text range left and not centred.
Do you want to delete text-align: center on the checkout page?
Also how do we remove the VAT as the products have vat included?
