and replace these lines (http://prntscr.com/hpwudr) with the content attachment.
Later, you go to Theme Options -> Header -> Header Icon Actions -> Login/Register Popup -> Turn Off

Hi, Sorry for the late response. 1. If you use the host mail to send email, you should contact your hosting for assistance.
If you use the host mail: You can try using the current email and send to a Gmail address and please check whether you receive the email or not (please check in Spam box) If not received, please contact the hosting company to get their support.

I don't find the plugin that you use to translate.
You can use the "Loco Translate" plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and translate for Begreen Theme.
Currently, you use French and Woocommerce support this language, but we have a few the custom for Woocommerce and it is written in theme -> You can use the plugin above to translate for Begreen Theme.

In the case, you should use the Megamenu style "Column" instead of "Tab"
-> You create a submenu and assign a widget that you want.
If you use the "Post Thumbnail", you can add these lines to Custom CSS or the "style.css" of Child Theme.
.yolo_megamenu.menu_style_column .posts-thumbnail-list li{
width: 50%;
display: inline-block;
padding: 20px;

I checked in your site. After I set Shop Default and Save Change (http://prntscr.com/hp032u). It seems the ID Shop Page (Turkish) changed. -> The Options incorrect.

You go to Theme Options (not Customizer) to set up your theme.
- If you want to set the body background: you go to Theme Options -> General Setting -> Layout Style -> Select "Boxed" -> Body Background -> Select the background.
- If you want to set the content page background: you go to Theme Options -> Pages -> Page Background Color -> Set color.
