I checked your site, the image size returns true with your option in Woocommerce (215 x 310, 415 x 600). (Natural Image Size).(You can try with 5 column and 6 colunm).
– (423×610 or 570×823): Here is frame size contains the image. The image will resize to fit the container.
eg: You select 4 column -> Frame size: 423 -> Image Size: 423
but you select 3 column -> Frame Size 570 -> Image Size: 570.
