Hi,

Before I make any changes on your site, you can update new version for your theme (fixed bug with Woocommerce 3.x) and plugin "Motor Framework" (after update for the theme -> you go to "Dashboard -> Update "Motor Framework" -- verify Purchase Code if required.)

I removed Sofani Theme version 1.0.8 and update new version for your theme. (Fixed bug with Woocommerce 3.x), but I am having problems with "upload_max_filesize" (http://prntscr.com/eyjxqd). You can increase this value in php.ini or send me FTP account, I will fix this problem. Or you can download the new version and upload again.

You can Optimise Image with EWWW Image Optimizer plugin.

You can try with WP Supper Cache plugin to reduce load time for your site.

Hi,

- You should upload pictures of the same size, or same rate.

- The size of the image you upload is small. (125 x 71 )=> blurry product image.

To fixed image size 150 x 150: you can use "hard crop" and Regenerate thumbnail plugin. You can see a few notes here:

I think you should redesign the image.
