    This is the top bar section, we went to Theme Options > Header > TopBar to enable topbar on your website.

    In addition, you should use the WPML plugin to help.

    We understood your question. But we are so sorry, currently, Motor theme doesn't support to show 2 items in one row as your desired. To make this feature, you need to edit mobile layout and change some CSS segment. Please do it by yourself.
