Thanks for contacting us.
We have used Product Additional Information shortcode to show Additional Information. You can go to Product Block > Open a product block to see this shortcode.
Then, creating a new product, you will see Page Options > Single Product Layout > Select Single Product Layout > you can select Product Block >> this action will help you to get the layout of Product Block which you created instead of the default layout.
And the Additional Information only displays when choosing Product Type: Variable Product as this image:http://prntscr.com/g3p8gt
- With the simple product, you can remove the Additional Information by going to Product Block > Choose your product layout > remove Product Additional Information shortcode.
