    Please tell us the "another method" which you are using?

    Because this is the shop page - default of WooCommerce. The product items will be displays following Settings > Reading > Les pages du site doivent afficher au plus as your page.

    You can use the Child Theme to write all customization codes and Custom CSS from parent theme to child theme.

    It will help you don't lose all files when updating.

    We have got access to your website then found the configuration of Footer.

    It works normally, please go to Footer Block > Footer 5 to see. You can go to this footer to configure again as you want.

    In addition, you are using the older version of our theme, please update the latest version of BeHeath theme.

    you can refer this documentation learn more about how to update our theme:

    Don't forget to backup all customization files before updating.

    Please choose Style 2 to fix this issue.

    This is our issue, our developers haven't deleted Style 3 yet. This style doesn't use Bestruct theme.

    We will fix this issue then release soon.
