2. /wp-content/themes/yolo-bestruct/assets/js/min/yolo-main.min.js

We have got access to your website then configure again:
- Go to Theme Options > Header > Choose Header Layout: Header 6 (you chose Header 5 before).
- Then Go to Header 6 Options: We will see you choose Header navigation text color: #ffffff > it still correct on your website.
Header navigation background color: #33b8e6 > not right on front page. Because you have CSS segment on Theme Options > Custom CSS & Script:
header.header-6 .yolo-header-nav-wrapper {
background-color: #224a5c;
}
- You should delete this Custom CSS if you want to select the background color on Theme Option.

We understood your questions.
When created Footer Block or Product Block, you need to assign them to Product or Footer.
For example, We have used Visual Composer to build Product Block as a test- product-block.
- Please go to Products > Open product which you want to assign, then scroll down you will see Page Options > Single Product Layout > Select Single Product layout: test-product-block as this image: http://imgur.com/a/xYRU8
Check it again, then give us your website's URL and admin account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox.
