Accessing your website, we can understand your question clearly. At this version of Rubino, we don't have an option for Style 10 of Noo Banner shortcode.
But we discussed with our developer, they have added an option as you want. It will be attached to the newest version of Rubino theme. We will release on next week.

It seems that this is the issue of our developers who cannot delete this shortcode before releasing our theme.
